I'm feeling unwell,

Both mind and body,

Life moves so fast my friends,

In a blink it is a raging fire,

I was told and remember,

I miss those and want more,

My birthday elicits all types of emotions,

I'm happy that I woke up today,

The day starts and I think I've lost,

No I haven't I am here today,

I am grateful,

For the epiphany of today's rest,

I sit here and always wonder,

If Internal dialogue is real talk,

A deep breath is all I need,

To shake it off and bring it back,

Life can make you dance alone,

Walk in fear and cower in shadows,

So curious in this final play,

An interlude so I'd love this,

I am awake in the middle of the night,

My breathing is quiet as I type this,

I write daily and every morning,

I distil thoughts that otherwise decay,

Souls dance and walk in,

The blessed land where it all starts,

I feel like it never ends,

This life's troubles that follow me,

This time of day is so peaceful,

A new start and happy place,

The best way to leave a mark,

Is to give opportunities to everyone,

Sickness comes in like a pest,

The ailing and pain were surprising quick,

promised to try one more time,

That's why I am holding my hand up,

Crazy how some words reach our souls,

Remind us of battle scars and why we stand,

So lovely to wake up upside down,

The rolling around and languid manner,
