Always Wonder

I sit here and always wonder,

If Internal dialogue is real talk,

That saying it in will make a change,

Or if vocalising is the way to go,

I know now there comes a time,

When I am who I am now,

At times I speak and make it work,

Then I can work differently,

I can sing laugh and be more,

I love it.
