Thoughts can really bring one down,

Slither and wander like a headless body,

It is as if a boulder has lain on me,

Incapable of moving,

In all things and all joy,

I stand in the middle of it,

This way of living,

In a bubble of kindness,

Deadly and swift, It brings one to the edge,

A reminder of the warnings,

On days like this,

Creativity flows freely,

I'm getting back,

To the simplistic,

The most interesting things I see,

Are the heaviest scarred,

This beginning mirrors birthing,

This newness that brings me to the start,

On a boulder I stand as lookout,

Watching the horizon as the enemy flees,

I start today with strength,

That walks besides this soul,

High above it towers over all,

A lonely feature that stands as a standard,

I woke up and wished I could sleep,

Be unconcerned with what is information,

The novel became ordinary,

And the scent of discovery,

A fairy lands and sits atop,

The tallest tree where I cannot see,

Small marks on the wall today,

Little scribbles that make sense to me,

Late nights into the morning light,

I wonder how my mind works,

Illusions and dreamy faces,

Luck and opportunistic essence,

Take the time and do one task,
