The sound of rain against my walls,

A refreshing sound that resounds with today,

Dready days that take a toll,

A reminder that to live is to fail,

It is clear that wanting is good,

But desire can easily turn to lust,

Love denied feels like a stab in the heart,

An open wound that refuses to heal,

Aching through my bones,

The fatigue that never ends,

As the cool day starts up,

As I ponder and wonder why it is done,

Solitary monoliths of uneven edges,

Coupled with corals and oysters to boot,

Light showers of rain,

That cleanse the earth,

Clearly luck was on his side,

To find a gem of a place,

To see what's to come,

Isn't that a delight?

To love and to feel,

Your breath close to mine,

As true as the sun,

As swift as the wind,

I stare at the reflection in disbelief,

When my beauty fades in a split second,

This love I feel,

That bursts out loud,

Wispy and formless,

It eats away at the marrow,

Dreams to reality,

I woke up with a smile,

Cool mind that learnt the truth,

It's easier to say what is and isn't,

A fantasy like I've never seen,

This dream of mine is so big to see,

I am tired,

Exhausted,

A blinding flash,

To start the day,
