All I need is in me,

All I can see is the light,

A wild guess that made me think,

The dream that came and showed me things,

Fairyland of endless possibilities,

I wander around thinking of my wishes,

Below the surface I remain unconscious,

Steady breaths that drown the noise,

The words that churn and mingle within,

I twist and turn but have to say it,

This voice I use to write my poem,

Is the total of my life experiences,

I'm still waiting for it,

The promise that it will come to pass,

Closer and faster,

Harder but slower,

To indulge myself in this happy place,

To think of the future that is yet to come,

I've really reached the end,

I'm at the junction where,

The open road that I need to step into,

I see the future and the me I should be,

A silent sense of everything here,

I like this feeling of being in the moment,

It all makes sense now,

Why this and that is then,

It makes sense this way,

To start and just move forward,

It started out as a search for balance,

But the embrace that came upon me,

These highs and lows that overtake me,

My mental strength is not enough,

The blue sky calls to me,

A step outside my house,

It worked so wonderfully,

Looking at you looking at me,

The crow sits by nodding in the rain,

I watch the deluge pour down a mighty storm,

It all sums up to today,

Brings everything in,
