Search for Balance

It started out as a search for balance,

But the embrace that came upon me,

For a second I thought it comfort,

But the reality turned me over,

I want the real connection,

The truest desire,

The unfiltered emotion,

Of a real person,

So as I search it out,

I'll keep this in mind,

I will find the love,

The deserving kind.
