The words never cease,

A full spring exists within my soul,

I was told and remember,

I miss those and want more,

Reflections are the way to grow,

Criticism strengthens our survival instincts,

My birthday elicits all types of emotions,

I'm happy that I woke up today,

The alarm did not ring,

And I'm sorry for it,

The day starts and I think I've lost,

No I haven't I am here today,

Every day I wake up,

I take for granted this awesome gift,

I am grateful,

For the epiphany of today's rest,

I sit here and always wonder,

If Internal dialogue is real talk,
