I wonder where this version has been,

I still am here and exclaim,

The lessons learnt in this life,

That call to me in troubled times,

It was a dreary night of endless possibilities,

A running case of distinguished ideas,

It is crazy how we all dance up,

When the beat strikes that nerve,

It is that daily doing,

The earthly singing,

I fell in so easily,

You were there to catch my flow,

Take care of yourself,

See what you need to be,

Life gives and takes away,

What we try to salvage and keep,

Life without expectation is wild,

A trend that I'm not sure will last,

As crazy as it may all sound,

At times it is difficult,

Sense of overwhelm that threatens me,

The wave of to-do lists that never end,

Dampened by the circumstances of yester’s worries,

Enlightened by today's list of queries,
