Lying here without the strength,

So confused and wondering why,

This day has ended well,

I look forward to the weekend,

This extreme rest day,

Leaves me more dead than alive,

I look up and see myself,

Wondering why I stand alone,

I'll contradict myself and wonder out loud,

What interesting things make up this life,

The endless sleep in that dreamless state,

I'm so refreshed like a newborn kid,

This makes life so hard,

I'm struggling to move things up,

Inspiration comes and goes,

But hardship clarifies the paths,

In this life I live,

I see the best in all,
