My therapy in all seasons,

That life brings to test and to acquit me,

A healthy appetite is all I ask,

To do all things I can think of,

Waking up is an art and skill,

To disengage from the wonderful rest,

Love looks at me with pain,

I wonder what I did to it,

Is it better this way, Or is it not?

I'm getting more ideas,

A day like this has not been seen,

I know I can move forward and ask around,

In this new day, Where everything aches,

I'm glad I started and kept at it,

The words never cease,

A full spring exists within my soul,

Reflections are the way to grow,

Criticism strengthens our survival instincts,
