A sea of depression,

A reminder of the lows,

Of the twists and turns,

That make life worth living,

Suffering is to life,

What water is to the sea,

I know that life has many things,

That twist and turn this and that, I am crawling out of it,

I shouldn't let the burnout remain,

I am very ambitious,

But precious in the same vein,

I'll take this time out graciously,

And not beat myself up,

Because life will do that,

Let's be our champion.
