Another Week

Another week of expectations,

I look forward to catching up,

I don't wonder and clank in the dark,

Cause the light is here for me to see,

Enlightened and ready I stand at the bank,

I gaze out and about the shore,

Without a boat I'm anxious to leave,

And take on new frontiers and lands,

For my people that love and care,

I can pursue these dreams of mine.
