As work starts and ends in flair,

Celebrations and happy cheer dominates the scene,

Humans and creatures alike respond the same,

Kindness builds and fear destroys,

I return to sender as I should have done,

The journey is hard and I feel so lost,

But the waiting arms

So it was worth it to come back home,

Because the journey was hard of course,

And I missed the warmth and peace it brings,

So return to sender and take a rest,

This world can make you tense and dead,

But we all need the warmth of home,

A home you've defined and sought before,

Or if not,

It's not too late to start afresh.
