New Home

A fresh start in a new home,

I see signs and look around,

I know it is hard to make it work,

But step by step is all I can,

So happy with this little quaint home,

A place of rest,

I can manage,

I know it is hard to think so far,

For today it is what makes sense to me,

I'll work to get a better place one day,

A future that coincides,

That works and builds.
