Long Winding Road

The long winding road,

Into the dunk drudgery path,

The wayside littered with weeds,

Stones scattered to trip you up,

With no hold as it is steep and wide,

No one to help but these tired eyes,

It is musty and dark and lonely down there,

The road to arrogance and defeat it leads,

Do I want to go there?

No I don't.
