Everything and Everyday

Unlike everything and everyday,

Today I have a lease of life,

Something rare that reminds my soul,

That the struggle is worth,

A unknown victory dance,

A coming celebration,

A worthy rest,

To look up and down daily,

To be willing to take the time,

To change and make things right,

Isn't as easy as I thought,

I'm finding my life simpler,

My plans better,

And my heart lighter.
