Dawn

Empty nest with no food to eat,

Testing my wings to see the new dawn,

Hoping to find the food I need today,

Also to gain a new perspective in this,

I don't know all but I know a little,

And I hope to learn to assert myself,

It's not easy though to build it up,

But am willing to work and set the pace,

Gods grace and peace to go before me now,

As I strive to create a new world.
