Sitting here watching it all pass by,

Reminiscing how it all came down,

Working hard and dealing daily,

Takes a toll on my mental agility,

I asked for this, I asked for work,

But taking breaks needs to be more intentional,

Cause this life can swallow and spit you,

Like the bones of a flayed fish,

So take care of who you are,

Take the breaks you need in life.
