This extreme rest day,

Leaves me more dead than alive,

More yearning than alive,

I need a better balance,

An open casket type of thing,

Where I can crawl in,

And crawl back to the living,

I can create such a refuge for myself,

I'm happy I feel much better,

Work is a lot but my resilience is higher.
