To disengage from the wonderful rest,

Into the disturbance and grind of the day,

Maybe a few more minutes,

In that wonderland of ideas,

I shudder to think I just left that place,

In an abrupt change that life demands,

This balance is delicate,

And one that I must abide,

Like yin and yang,

Dreams need a stage.
